Eligibility for Discounted Rates

You can avail of our discounted rates for all counselling services if you are dependent on any of the following social protection payments:

• Jobseekers Benefit/Allowance
• One Parent Family
• Disability Benefit
• Carer’s Allowance/Benefit
• State Pension

Students

For full-time students or part-time counselling/psychotherapy students, the following evidence is acceptable to avail of the discounted rate:

• A valid student card including the name of your course
• A letter from your faculty confirming your status as a full-time student

Part-time Workers

For part-time workers who work less than 20 hours per week, the following proof of status will allow you to avail of the discounted rate:

• A letter from your employer confirming your weekly hours of work
• A redacted payslip (dated within the last 3 months) showing your weekly hours of work

Proof of Payment

You can provide evidence of your proof of payment in the following ways:

• If registered on MyGov.ie, you can obtain proof

• A print-out receipt from any Post Office

• A letter from the Social Welfare Office

• Your bank feed payment (appears in the bank usually as DSP)

• A letter of confirmation from your local welfare office – DSP phone numbers

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or postpone an appointment, you must contact us 48 hours before your appointment is due to take place, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
