We found the Helplink EAP Workshop to be an excellent service. It provided our management team with the tools to reduce stress and anxiety levels in both themselves and their teams, particularly during busy periods. The workshop also showed us how to respond to a staff member who is in crisis and the resources available to them if they are struggling emotionally. As such we will be availing of their Employee Assistance Programme which will give our employees access to counselling if needed. Katjia and Michelle gave a very informative presentation and were kind, patient and encouraging with our questions. We are hoping to avail of a similar workshop again soon which will be open to all of our staff who think it may be beneficial to them
