Since 2016, our fully vetted and insured team of counsellors has been providing culturally sensitive support to Irish citizens abroad, addressing issues such as depression, loneliness, transitional stress and anxiety, displacement, and self-esteem issues.
Through attentive listening to our clients’ stories and the analysis of both current and past research, we have discovered that members of the Diaspora (emigrants) are often reluctant to seek counselling services in their adopted countries. Those who do seek help frequently encounter barriers with culturally unaware counsellors, making the counselling process more challenging.
We have supported Irish citizens in 40+ countries (65+ cities) globally!
This is a free service for Irish citizens living abroad. If you or someone you know could benefit from our support, please don’t hesitate to reach out and book an appointment with us today. Your well-being matters to us, and we are here to help you navigate life’s challenges, no matter where you are.
Irish citizens who are returning to Ireland can also benefit from our services. For returning emigrants, there are multiple pathways to access our support. They can self-refer directly to us, allowing for a seamless and confidential process, or they can be referred through our trusted network of referral partners. This ensures that every individual receives the guidance and assistance they need during their transition back to Ireland. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or referring someone else, our aim is to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible.
We work with agencies such as Crosscare Migrant Project, Safe Home Ireland, and the Irish Council for Prisoners Overseas
